Origin Story
Ushijima initially created a custom pickleball paddle as a thoughtful gift for clients at the end of a project. The paddle's exceptional performance sparked a new venture to share the joy of the game by providing premium, affordable custom-designed paddles. He's especially proud to partner with the University of Hawai'i College of Engineering, bringing a new partnership from the classroom directly to the court.

We want to put out some of the best stuff and keep it affordable for the everyday player. Pros can play with and have played with Yobi Paddles.
The Yobi Kevlar paddle is on its way to USA Pickleball for approval. Each paddle will be upgraded with a Hesacore Tour Silicone Grip.
We’re a small paddle company, but we can do custom design paddles for organizations and companies. We’re also beginning to collaborate with schools—we can brand paddles with the school name and design, and they can be sold as a fundraiser.
